Best Time to Buy 2016 MacBook?

Hi i want to buy a new macbook and Ive been looking at the Macbook Rose Gold 512gb on eBay sold by Dicksmith/Kogan (cheapest i could find)
I leave for Hawaii in December so i want to claim back the GST, however you must purchase it 60 days before your holiday. (there is still 74 days till i leave)
Im not really in a rush to buy the Macbook this year as ill need more next year, but i want to claim back if i can.

I have a couple options and was wondering which is the best - Check Poll.

If you guys have any other options or advice please tell me!!

    Wait for the 2017 spec unit.
    Word on the street is Apple are dropping the keyboard in favour of cognitive control.
    Macs will ship with head ware that resembles a spaghetti strainer. Simply think what you want your Mac to do and watch it happen…..

    As discussed above the new Macbook Pro is expected to be launched soon. I've been waiting to buy this for while now. Looks like it has some cool features and may also mean the price of the "Old versions" goes down further too.
