Parking for BNE Flight

I've heard you can get a free air bus from DFO to the terminal.

Is there any problem parking for free at DFO and taking the bus? Would be for 2 nights (tomorrow and day after).

Most likely will be towed away for vehicle abandonment, big risk too as its about 400 bucks and two nights of your car in an open carpark, risk of theft, broken window, bricks being left for tyres and you'd be violating some law brisbane airport has

Why not cough up the money for parking at the airport weekend deal is $55 bucks at the moment

Plenty of cheaper parking places at eagle farm

40 dollars per night for parking at DFO as you only get 4 hours free

Pony up the money or catch a train in :)

$55 for two nights, book now though as spaces are limited :)
its much better getting off a plane and walking straight to your car rather than stuffing about with shuttles etc

Get the train to Toombul then cross the road and get the 590 bus. Wayy cheaper than the AirTrain.

Just note that the SkyGate bus doesn't run all day.

I always use BAP parking from $6 a day .

    near the cruise dock.

regular free BAP shuttle buses to and from the airport (very prompt and quick)

Don't park at DFO. you'll get towed.

I know because I know the guy and company who tows people, we always have a good laugh at the idiots who drive expensive cars, but won't pony up the cash to pay for the proper carparking close by

Thanks guys. This is exactly the information I was looking for. I can only see $110 + for BNE parking but BAP looks good at $30 for 2 days.

    • still shows 55 for me, scroll down, its the last parking option :)

Lookup Airpark https://airpark.bne.com.au/. They're right near the international terminal turn off. Bout $10 a day and run buses every 20mins 24/7 to both terminals.

  • Park on the street in Ascot, and catch an Uber to the airport. Costs $10.
