yes, it makes you over hyper, once you finish using it, you are a dead body stick to bed. My recommendation: Dont try this at home!!!
Any fat burner will make you over hyper due to amount of caffeine and green tea extract.
@amir aljaberi: I know mate, just wanted to tell you guys that its good once you using it. its kind of addictive. So best is stay away and eat clean and exercise more. These are no the side effects, most of them not yet recognized. It has severe real bad side effect on different people such as kidney or etc. Anyway its my opinion after using multiple of these products (lipo 6 and hydroxycut) during last 10 years. Good luck

Referring to Hydroxycut, I agree that this is probably one of the worst fat burners. However, if you're looking for appetite suppression to help you control some of your gluttonous urges, I use a very similar supplement which has the same main ingredients.
