I think it's mainly the increased competition in the alcohol market with the increase in online retailers driving prices down. Oyster Bay is at a great price, usually $10.95 when on special in QLD too :)

Not too sure on how you get it, but it's when you spend a certain amount in first choice. It's $5 off $40 wine. So you need to make sure theres $40 or more still after your $10 to get the best discount! I usually have my partner behind me and we do the same deal twice! Haha
