        With an additional case I can use of the Amex offer as well (Amex offer says "spend $120 or more, in one or more transactions"), so browsing now for another case in the $100-$120 range before the $50 discount.

          @Dacs: I tried today and yesterday. It says invalid card details on a valid card. I payed today via Paypal using the Amex card instead. Obviously AMEX is working for some, but I'm not the only one it isn't working for.

        Paid $71.20 + $70.20 for the two cases incl handling and pickup at BWS (after 2 x $50 discounts). Will receive back $20 from Amex and hopefully $11.31 from Cashrewards.
        So total $110.09 = $4.59 per bottle on average.

      worked out to (121.2 - 50)*(1- 0.05 - 0.08)/12.0 = 5.16 per bottle after code, eWish card and CR
