Someone Accessed My eBay Account and Changed The Delivery Address.

Late last night i received email alerts from ebay and paypal suggesting there may be suspect activity on my accounts.
After confirming the emails were genuine I immediately changed all my passwords for everything & verified my identity with paypal etc.
There doesn't seem to be any purchase activity, paypal suggested there was an attempted log in from Campbell US but my ebay delivery address was changed to an address in the UK.
Any other measures i should take to make my accounts safe? Is there anything I can do with this UK address?

    I would suggest to remove any automatic payment such as paypal or/and bank account in your eBay settings, and also change your password to alphanumeric with at least one upper case and special character ( not based on your first and last name )

      Thanks for your reply, Good call i've unlinked my paypal account and my passwords are nice and strong.

    If there is a keylogger on your computer, none of that will help.
    I'd suggest doing a full system sweep with some security software as well.

      Thanks for your suggestion. That was one of my first thoughts too, I've run a full scan with windows defender and malware bytes.

    Ensure you have anti virus and anti malware programs installed and updated. Then run full scan of both after disconnecting from then internet.
    If no anti malware get malware bytes, its free. If no av get avira or avg, free too.
    Do this on every computer you use.
    Do you use one device to eBay, etc?

      That's a good idea, i will go offline and run the scans again, thanks.
      I use ebay on 2 different pc's and my android phone.

        Yeah run scans on both PC's and also get malware bytes on your phone. You can always take it off later but rule out an issue with it now by scanning.

    Consider something like LastPass to generate and maintain strong passwords.

        They won't have to hack anything if a keylogger makes its way into your device.

          A key logger can't log autofilled passwords from Last pass or similar password manager.

    I received a couple similar email but they is just a phishing email aim to get you to login…

    Eset (Nod32) used to offer an online scan.

    Nod32 is a highly respected antivirus that has been around a long time.

    Maybe give it a twirl

    some weeks ago I started to get inquiries emails from Ebay members some asking me how can I sell my items so cheaply as other Ebay sellers were selling the same items 4 to 5 times dearer,the problem was I did not have anything advertised I also had received offers and purchased on the item, I contacted both Ebay and PayPal and both accounts were shut down immediately and I also closed my bank account,Ebay contacted me had found the person/s who was responsible for the hacking and both requested me to change both passwords and I had not had any repeat since.
