Business Bank Account with lower fees for online transactions

I'm with Commonwealth at the moment for my business, and I do a lot of disbursements via imported ABA files. With the account I currently have they charge me $0.50 per transaction, which is getting very annoying. For example, I just did 45 payments through an imported ABA file and had to pay $22.50 for the pleasure. This is obviously in addition to the ongoing monthly account fees etc. When you have to do this several times, and weekly, adds up quickly.

Does anyone have experience with another bank that might not charge to process an imported file, or just general better deals than the Commonwealth for business banking?

As an OzB, I wouldn't like to pay a 50 cent fee for every transaction either!
