I need some advice about setting up a HTPC. Most of my current equipment is getting a bit flaky but I don't want to spend a fortune to upgrade. I am not as tech savvy as I used to be so something fairly simple to set up would be good.
I am looking to replace a twin tuner PVR, a WDTV Media Player and a DVD/Blu Ray player. No gaming and at the moment we don't stream anything.
I have seen these Android TV boxes similar to this:

Would I be able to connect an optical drive to one of the USB ports and watch DVD/Blu-Rays?
Can I connect an additional USB Tuner so that it makes it a twin tuner and use it as a PVR?
I don't have NAS at the moment so it would be recording to an attached USB hard drive.
