Does anyone have any recommendations on good units and where to buy/install them around the sydney area.

I think it's illegal now to replace the headrests with non ADR ones, just fyi. So as above, look for tablet mounts instead
I'd suggest a couple of inexpensive tablets. They are thinner. Easy to store movies on or simply plug in a USB stick. Simple to power - cigarette lighter + USB cable.
