eBay Selling but without Using PayPal?

Just curious in regards to how many people still don't trust or know how to use paypal? This is an example where an item become 1/3 of the price, they could of had around $700 gain using paypal but end out losing big time, as a buyer are you protected by ebay? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Apple-iPhone-7-Plus-Latest-Model-…

i think paypal have to be one of the payment method if you want to sell on ebay.

This seller said no paypal please, if you still insist and you should be as it give you protection.

In this case protection is needed as the price is much cheaper than you can get it from Apple, it is more like a scam.

  • I do cash-on-pickup once in a while … I find that sellers typically cancel the sale quickly afterwards.

Looks like a scam to me - that is why it's cheap, because whoever buys loses their money.

He didn't sell it for that price. He sold it outside of ebay and ended it early.

    • Hi Geewhizz, I thought ebay rules that you can't demand or end an auction after 12 hours left, this isn't quiet fair because it didn't go the distant and others could of bidded on it with 6 hours to go.

the seller can end the listing at any time before the listing is due to end.
