Hi, im trying to sign up for the store credits but no matter what email i type it still remains highlighted red and i can't click the submit button. Does anyone else have this issue?

just got this too! and it 'reds' out my phone number as well. thought i could circumvent it by creating an account , but still same problem in that page.

email and phone number works now, but the box where i type in the promo code doesnt! it keeps asking me to click the recaptcha box even though i have , and done that image verification. oh well.
