Which is better?
Planning to buy stuff from eBay Good Guys store…Cash Rewards provides 1.25%, whereas Velocity eStore provides 2 points for $1 spend.
Which is better ? Any suggestions

Velocity for me but everyone's situation is different :)
$5000 purchase = $62.50 cashrewards or 10,000 velocity points (worth $100 if selling or worth more if using for flight redemptions)
Is there a better provider than cash rewards? 1.25% is fairly small.

Ive been wondering myself lately, in my last few months of ebay purchases totaling over $5k i havent bothered with the ebay via CR link only because it can be a hit and miss and too lazy to chase it up if something doesn't get tracked. I still use CR for everything else just not ebay, the 1.25% is no longer worth the time and effort, which has nothing to do with CR as a business.
I am excited about Amazon as i spend a good amount from Amazon too. Looks like i need sign into my velocity account more often as someone has now pointed out a rough dollar value via velocity points.
Side question, does velocity points from ebay purchase keep your old points intact?
I believe if we don't fly with virgin (or their partners) for 2-3 years, points will expire.
