What are your brands that you have fine tuned into your life over the years

I guess over the years of life I have stuck with certain brands for certain things after trial and error. Curious as to others lists of brands that they religiously stick to.

mine are

work shirts and pants : van huesan, simple to iron, mid range price, good quality
computers, laptops : dell, always been cheap and reliable
deodorant : nivea, only spray on deodorant that doesn't make me itch
shampoo : treseme, seems good and mid range, not rubbish but not a rip off
dunny rolls : quinton, no specific reason, but i like purple color
socks n jocks : bonds for socks, alpha/bonds/davenport for jocks
headache tablets : nueorfen, think i just like the box, i dont even know if they really work
tv's and so on : sony, always liked them, been reliable and price is reasonable
razors : gilette disposables, i probably waste loads of money here
internet, mobile : tpg, cheap and average, like their company colors too.. i like purple

Notebook and diary: Moleskine. Refuse to use anything else. I've converted so many people to them hahahaha
Audio products: Sony. Still use a Walkman!

Yeah, but how many moles died to make it?

    Deals Website: Ozbargain

Colgate Total. Teeth honestly feel noticeably cleaner for longer. Occasionally I bought other brands on special but I gave them away after trying them.

Other than that I'm pretty sure I have zero brand loyalty.

    Bonds: Sock and Jocks

breakfast: weetbix. don't give me any of that knockoff stuff, i've been eating weetbix since I was a toddler, I know the real deal
underwear: bonds. I think my body may be now permanently in the shape of bonds underwear. Everything else feels weird.
phone/tablet/laptop: apple junkie since my ibook g4.

  • deodorant: The girly Dove one is the least itchy by miles. Best deodorant for sweaty dudes.

headache tablets : nueorfen, think i just like the box, i dont even know if they really work

Coles no-name ibuprofen is exactly the same stuff, works great, is waaaaayyyy cheaper - a fraction of the cost - and has never won a shonky award for deliberately misleading customers.

  • Hmm this a tough one..

    • Batteries - Eneloop
    • Ice cream - Connoseur
    • Pizzas - Domino's or Doctor Oetkers
    • Batteries - Eneloop

There's Low Self Discharge (same thing) by other brands by the way.. like Turnigy (have higher mah too)

  • Cigarettes: Benson & Hedges or Dunhill
    Quitting products: Nicorette
    Cola: Coca-Cola
    Chocolate: Lindt
    Phone: Apple iPhone
    German luxury cars: BMW

  • Icebreaker: merino clothing for all year round wear
2-ply Egyptian cotton: work shirts (a feature "brand")
    Miele: bagged vacuum cleaners
MS Office: productivity software - hard to try anything else when corporates pretty much only use this
Apple iPhone/iPad - the best ecosystem and years of corporate communications use makes it hard to migrate to another ecosystem
    Ubank: value home/investment loans
Aldi: value groceries and special buys

  • Phone: Google phones - bloatware free, and the latest updates.
Car: Japanese for reliability and cheap servicing.

    • Skin care products: Paula's choice - stuck with them because it doesn't react with my gf's skin + it's available in Australia (I did use cheaper alternatives back at home)
    • Peripherals: Microsoft and Logitech
    • Soy sauce and oyster sauce: specific Asian brands that I do have to check to see how they spell those in English

Other than that, I have been replacing my KOSS KSC-75 with KSC-75 (though that's not the brand, but the specific product).
