        Your dog clearly isn't very destructive then. Our 4 month old puppy destroyed his last bed in about a week. We replaced it with a tough one and it hasn't been an issue.

        The 4 main differences -
        1 Great for destructive dogs;
        2.Waterproof so can be used for outside dogs;
        3.Made in Australia so you are supporting small Aussie business; and

        If you do not have a destructive dog then this you will not be able to relate to this offer.

        JV there is no difference in price buying it on the Fur Legged Family website or any other website so you are not paying for anything. The store themselves pays a percentage of the sale to us and we pass this on to the rescue sites.

  My issue with these is that they absorb smells, so although it is long lasting, I actually don't need it that long lasting if it starts to smell. Waterproof and rip resistant sounds good though etc. A bit pricey for me but sounds well made.

  do you guarantee against dog damage? its nice to say rip resistant, but i'd want to know you will back your product in the event my dog manages to wreck it.

  Going to give one a try - my Dalmatian is a destruct-o-dog with beds, and reject shop ones last less than 24 hours.
