+1 for going to REA. Too many people try to shortcut and find cheapies who turned out to be dodgy. Cost more in the end.
I used AirTasker for my last move, just make sure you look at people's completion rate and reviews before assigning them.
There's plenty of cleaners on AirTasker looking for work, but I would make sure you pick one that specailises in end of lesae cleans.
I think utilities vary depending on what you need (for the cheapest..).
Cheapest if you need elec and gas is momentum energy.
Cheapest for just power is globird.
I was on TPG nbn and I never had any issues. I was paying $59.99 a month for unlimited tier 1.

For the cleaner, ask your real estate agent. Most of the time, they have their preferred company. So if something goes wrong, you can just let the agent deal with the cleaner.
As for removalist, there are plenty on gumtree. Just search the one with some reviews. Oh, try getting one with a proper truck rather than a van. Save you time squeezing things in and end up damaging some items.
