    Keen to place an order on the organic Mexican beans but am being charged $10 for delivery despite using the code. Based on above i thought delivery was included despite 10% discount. Can you help rep?

    Also if using PayPal checkout instead of your Shopio checkout there seems to be no option to enter the discount coupon. Just FYI on that one as the Shopio option includes PayPal Express anyway.

      shipping issue should be fixed by now, do not use paypal express checkout, use the checkout button to put the code in. It's known issue being worked at by our ecommerce people shopio.

    Like their coffee. Often get the Brazilian Cerado, but recently tried the Tanzania Kilimanjaro and prefer that one at the moment.

    Pity I still have a fair stock of beans otherwise I would get some more - although their prices are competitive even without the discount.

      if you refer to the product option where it has Plus 250 gram, it refers to an EXTRA 250 gram sampler OF YOUR CHOICE.
      So if you would like to try our other coffee (for example brazil) you can add 250 gram brazil coffee with only $5 additional cost and in this promotion OZ bargain deal we will throw in ADDITIONAL 250 gram bonus blend. The 250 gram BONUS Blend is added to the promotion by default until the promotion finishes on 26 November 2016 to your existing order.

      for example
      If you are looking just to get 1 kg of maragogype, choose the first option (1x 1 kg bag).Do not choose the 1x 1kg bag PLUS 250 gram sampler, and until the promo last, we'll throw in a 250 gram bonus blend. Please note the bonus blend is our house blend only. No options to choose.

      if you are looking to get 1 kg of maragogype PLUS perhaps you want to try 1 of our single origin listed in the options (brazil Tanzania etc) then choose the option where it says 1x 1 kg PLUS 250 gram sampler and we will throw in an additional 250 gram bonus blend (house blend), so you will receive 1 kg of maragogype, 250 gram single origin sampler of your choice PLUS 250 gram bonus house blend.
