7-Eleven Fuel App Is No Longer Working

Hi guys,

As of the most recent update of the fuel app, its not longer working for me.

Long story short if you have a China-Droid phone (Chinese android phone) it believes you have a rooted phone automatically and I can no longer use it

If you check the App store feedback you will see I am not the only one.

I contacted there customer support and had a lengthy conversation, to sum it up, they may choose to fix it or not to fix it. 7/11 sent me a cheque for my balance on the account which was around 75 dollars.

I have a oppo F1 stock that i bought from Big W.

Anyone else experiencing this?

    No phone specific

    Its alot of phones

    says my phone is rooted and it exits the app

    my phone is not rooted

    I was trying to update my credit card in the app the other day and kept getting errors so now can't use it to buy more credit. I wonder if it's related to this issue (mine's an android from Hong Kong).

    I also have oppo but didnt update it. So its working fine.

    Honestly, This saves $18 / 3 weeks. Nice if it works.

    Search for old versions. it should work.

      Yeah they released a patch for it like 1 month ago.

      If your phone is rooted it wont work

      my issue was my phone wasnt rooted and it had that message.
