Can anyone assist with a contact for ASUS Australia

With out getting into the issue, I am hoping a member may know some one or have a contact number for a staffer at ASUS AU?

My Zenbook arrived DOA following a RMA.
No love from ASUS's third party support provider or Repair Centre.

    • Thanks mate. That number is for their third party support agent.

  • I Called them earlier. Booked for RMA and Currier came /picked device and return after repair/replace. Easy .

    • As above. Easy to deal with.

    • I am sure this is the case most of the time.

      Unfortunately my unit following its return from an RMA was DOA.
      As a result I was in a position where I had to go out and purchase a replacement unit.

      The original unit is scheduled for collection tomorrow and will be repaired or replaced.
