I believe this is the cheapest this item has ever been. Found it just as I was looking for one. I live in SA so paid an extra $9 for delivery.

It's the XL version so it can fit 1.2kg which means more hot chips!

Any ozbargainer who doesn't yet own one of these and likes to eat chips, or frequently hosts others who like to eat chips, owes it to themselves to buy one.

I don't even own a microwave (out of an attempt to get myself to actually cook stuff rather than just heat-and-eat), but I have one of these (the smaller one).

PS — it also does a serviceable job cooking spiced prawn cocktails, but its real talent is chips, and it does them very, very well.
