Not sure if this is the best price but I've bought from this site before and they're great. There is a shipping charge but the total is always cheaper than buying locally.

I haven't used that other site before, sorry. Try a site called Notemaker for the Rhodia pads - might be some coupon codes floating around? Some Dymocks stores (the big ones with the stationery section) stock them and I think they do storewide 15-20% off around Christmas/Boxing Day.
Looks like they are costly everywhere in Au.
If you are able to use international suppliers, you will get better search results is you search for Tombow Dual Brush Markers rather than pens (as that is what the Americans call textas).
