Unfortunately there's no detail as to what "selected" plans are.
Just looked up this you need to log into your account to activate it or find out if you are eligible.

Hi, unfortunately you can't add Mobile TV streaming to your prepaid service. If you switch to a postpaid plan, you'll be able to add Mobile TV streaming for an additional fee or choose a plan that has it included.
Do you need to be on a particular plan to get this service?
