Display Driver Issue. Anyone Seen This?

This occurs after an update, usually windows 10 but most recently resetting after updating itunes. I have since disabled windows 10 updates. The usual fix in the past has been to open device manager and to uninstall the display drivers then reset, after i reset they reinstall automatically and sometimes fix the issue, if not repeat until fixed.

Laptop is a HP ENVY 6 1113-TX.
Drivers are
AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series
Intel HD graphics 4000

Once uninstalled they are replaced by Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

I had to take a picture of my screen as a screenshot results in a normal display. also using a HDMI to another screen shows it as normal.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how i can fix it? Replace the Intel driver??

        I found a photo on google images that looked similarish to the error you're experiencing, but the forum discussion was short lived and the one other author suggested the GPU was broke.
