I just got an email from 'James Bond' regarding posting deals for some product and it mentioned OzBargain in it. I'm just wondering if anyone has received an email like this before and how the person got my email? The only thing I can think of is that it is an old PayPal email as I don't use it but not sure how they would have known I was also using OzBargain.

Thanks for letting us know, we'll ban them and also the store now (although they never post deals directly). Perhaps you can determine which sites you used that old paypal email to purchase deals through OzBargain? It might work out which retailer is behind leaking it to this Chuwi rep or similar.
I believe scotty got a spam email from 'Bond James' yesterday as well, not sure if it was the same one.

First, copy the email headers and track the sender (instructions here). Then string him along and say you're going to post it until he gives you more info.
Classic Chuwi. A few months ago they moved out of Weibo and started aggressive marketing in the outer internet. Not going so well for them :/

dam it. I knew MI6 had Ozbargain under surveillance, this is all JV's fault!
I feel bad for 007. Tries to share some super high tech spy tablets and the ungrateful recipient treats it like spam.
