Been wanting to buy this iron since last month when Braun has the ironing board bonus (only!). Lucky I patiently wait!

        I just did the online claim too, it was a bit confusing I'm not 100% that I am getting the iron board

        The claim type was Iron + Board but the offer was refereed to only as $50 cash back

        Was yours the same?

          Yes, mine was the same. I think they just make it simpler, rather than made 2 separate claims.

          My claim was approved yesterday. Now waiting for the ironing board and money to be credited into my bank account.

      I decided to go ahead with Braun after comparing the sole plate with Philips' & Tefal's. And today when I bought it instore, I asked the staff about the customer feedback on Braun, he said Braun has the best sole plate. Hope this help.

          Only because HN doesn't stock the pro model and the Amex promotion is only at HN. I couldn't justify to spend more expensive than this.

          Also, the ironing board bonus is really great as I only have standard ironing board here at home, which is definitely not suitable for steam station model.

    The claim approval letter didnt mention iron board at all.

    Bought IS5056 pro version from HN through special order and received yesterday.

    Not quite well made especially the base. Hard to imaging someone will buy it without cashback and bonus at $350-$500 retail price.
