Looking for advice on what I should do. Ordered GoPro online from the Good Guys when they were running the Canstar Spend $500 and get $100 EFTPOS card promotion and I still haven't received my EFTPOS card. Have called them twice, and each time they have said they will refer to their external provider who mails out the cards, but nothing has happened. Said they would contact me by Friday but that hasn't happened. How should I chase them up? It's been a month

Hell0, just letting you know I received mine before the GoPro.. that is 5 days from orderingand it arived before the GoPro.
Sure the external provider mails out the cards but only on the instructions of The Goof Guys so it might be worth writing a facebook post to get some action.
