@payton: I think the original reply was referring to the 50% off. But that hasn't happened for over a year. I've used that 2-3 times, buying a years supply each time. Cracker of a deal. But I only have 30 days supply left and no sign of that deal returning

I'm on trial lenses atm.
I'm tending towards Acuvue Oasys or AirOptix for their high Oxygen Permeability (Dk) rating, supposedly makes for better comfort.
Wouldn't mind trying out extended/continuous wear lenses so I can sleep with them on, and just wash them in the morning.
Taking out lenses near midnight when the eyelids just refused to open wide takes a bit of time.

My last check up they recommended me another brand, feels about the same for the 8 hours or so I used it. Except it costs more.
I just went back to my normal ones. Acuvue Moist.
Don't think its recommended to sleep with them, although I have napped with them on, its definitely not comfortable upon waking up.
They must have re-activated it, I tried it last week and it wasn't working.

I have prescription and was planning on getting the sunny type glasses which ends 4 dec for the sunny part of the glasses and was going to get reading ones also.
Was thinking of the branded ones which would cost upto $299 for the pair.
My extras insurance pays almost half.
But how can one use this deal? Would the store honour the $50 off?
As if i did pick $299 for 2 then would mean even less i pay with my insurance included.
I would need to try them all on in store and then they would need to order and they have my prescription also.
So surely if i present this to them the honour the discount?
This offer is only valid for ordering contact lenses online. You can't purchase prescription glasses through the Specsavers website. Store would most likely not honour the discount as its for online contact lens ordering. Also, if you were going to use the current free polarizing deal on a second pair of glasses then they would most likely not use any other deals in conjunction.
Man I spent 180 on Saturday at the store Wonder if they would honor this.
Do they sell anything cheap? My lenses come to $148 so i'm a $1 short for using the code! Couldn't find any cleaning cloths, or liquids etc.
This exact thing happens to me every single time I place an order. It's incredibly frustrating. They'd make so much extra $$ if they had those cleaning clothes and stuff you're talking about.
I just end up buying another box… but what's even more annoying is that I have a different prescription on each eye.
