Data Plan in Singapore

Hi there, I am wondering if anyone has ever used hi!Tourist SIM while in Singapore. The plan seems to be very reasonable. Interested in $15 or even the $30 plan with 4GB and 14GB respectively. My question is (for those who have experience with it) whether we can share the data through phone's hotspot.

Thanks.

  • I used that sim the last time I went to Singapore in January. They had a promotion for unlimited data at the time, it was very good.

    • Thanks @Sirlofty. Did you use it for hotspot?

      • Yep, hotspot worked fine.

  • Yes, it is good, you can share data with other devices, last time I got bonus 100gb data.

  • Thanks @stargalaxy. I will get one over there then. Btw, is the activation an easy process? What did you need? Just a passport?

    • Yes, you need passport and air ticket, they just wants to know that you are a genuine tourist. You activate the sim card when you buy at the airport counter

    • HI usually you can ask the person who sell the Sim to activate it for you.

  • Singtel Hi Tourist is great, but effin impossible to get at the airport.
Stay away from StarHub, large data cap but soooooooo slow its unusable

    • I got my hi tourist sim at the airport without a problem.

  • Thanks for your feedbacks …
