Don't think so, it's a NZ company. Looking at a recent invoice, there's no ABN or GST value.
I've bought things from them in the past and it had an Australian tax invoice showing GST. If it's important you can just email them to confirm.
Don't forget Cash Rewards. That'll make it a bit cheaper than the eBay deal.
