The site crashed as I was clicked pay after entering in card details
and now my order status says "Pending payment"
anyone know what I should do? their website is a mess

Thanks I've been trying to checkout the whole day and ended up losing some of my items in cart due to out of stock.

I got annoyed and tested the checkout on my mobile and noticed it worked. So hence my experimenting of re-doing my basket on my mobile, only to find you couldn't click through to the checkout. YET you could enter the link directly and it would load .. so yeah clearly the website was/is flawed. At the same time I hit refresh on my browser checkout page and used the direct links and it wouldn't work on IE. I was using firefox on mobile…
all I know is I got it in and the order said shipped on Saturday, so fingers crossed it's on its way! Bummed that I missed out 1 or 2 designs because they sold out while waiting/trying to process!!

what does it say on your order status?

i haven't received any confirmation email
not sure if i should order some more if the original order hasn't gone through. since sale expires today and the support team isn't back till monday
I placed two orders. I paid with PayPal and got the confirmation email from Uniqlo instantly.
Make a second order, you can always cancel and I believe return items instore.

My order arrived this morning. Order was placed on Friday noon.
Any people had problem with Couriers Please delivery? Made two orders but only received one. Tracking says both delivered and signed, but the one received was found in the mail box. The delivery guy didn't ring the bell obviously as I was home at the time when it supposed to be delivered (which is showed in the tracking).
