And for some reason, your description still excludes that information about shipping.
Are you stupid? Why would you not have to pay shipping on an online order? If it was free shipping, it would say so.

Please explain clearly what the deal is about:
If shipping is required, state the shipping cost to major Australian cities if this information is available; approximate range is ok if the exact cost is variable or not available. (Store representatives must provide this information - there should be no reason to hide this from potential customers.)None of that was included originally.
@PJC: No, not quite. I've been coming here for over a year and most posts don't include this, because it's a given that an online purchase of a physical product will have a shipping cost involved, a cost which cannot be predicted outside of a flat fee. It's common sense. If the shipping is free or there is an option for pick up it will be rightly included in the description. It seemed to me to be completely pedantic to demand it be included, specially considering the $2 difference it makes.

I have purchased 100 items listed (mostly on eBay) with free postage. It's common experience.It seems to me somewhat unreasonable to imply whoever amended OP's description is completely pedantic to ensure shipping be included, especially considering the $2 difference it makes.
