For Those Who Had Booked on 7-8/11 with Virgin- Is Your Bank Statement Showing The Transaction ?? Got Ok on 16/11

For those who had booked on 7-8/11 with Virgin- is your bank statement showing the transaction ??

Mine is not yet showing it(though its debited) . When i called Expedia today they said they had received a call with the same issue from another customer today.
Though they say that as long as we have the confirmed ticket all is good….. i am afraid it all may get cancelled if the transaction doesnt finish in 7 days.

    Can't you just call Virgin and ask what's happening?

      No, of course random people on the internet will be able to solve the problem.

  • Maybe the transaction will show when its cleared and no longer pending?

  • Mine has been processed after several days of pending.
    Note it was pending as one charge but ended up being processed as two, one for each ticket.
    You can look up your booking on the virgin site with the letters in the confirmation code on the Expedia itinerary.

  • I booked direct with Virgin and it showed as debited in my account by the next day.

  • Phew !!!! Update: It got reflected in the bank's statement today.
