A non-impressive Gold 2 last season at my peak, but after an atrocious set of flex queue games last week, I'm now Bronze 3 :). [At least it's more fun playing with my friends down here]
The Inspiron 15 Gaming will have no trouble at any with the games you've mentioned at 1080p and high detail levels. It's a bit heavier than you'd prefer at 2.6kg, and $90 over your preferred budget, but if gaming is a priority it's easily the best one in your budget.
The other 2 in 1 machines would work at a pinch, and they'd be lighter and have longer battery life, but you'd be limited to 720 resolution and lower detail levels with the Intel HD 620 integrated graphics.
