Hi, I'm looking for some reassurance mostly.
In October I bought boardgames from gameology, there rep posted a deal on here.
It was Oct 24th I received the email to say my order was shipped, a week ago I messaged the rep on here and got no reply. Now I check my Australia post tracking number and It seems it was never more then confirmed details.
I'm not saying they are scammers, I just want to hear others experience with them.
I have messaged them, but thankyou for the advice. I just wanted demeaned to say they had got items from them before :)
I've bought games from them. They were very fast and even helped me combine my two orders to get free postage. I would try get in contact with them again.

Not a scam, I went to their office to pickup a game. Maybe give them a call?
Definitely not a scam, and they have great customer service. Went to their store to replace a damaged box board game, they replaced it no questions asked and I didn't even need to present a receipt. Definitely give them a call or talk to them on their website chat online. good luck.

Maybe contact them and ask them where the package is? Sounds like they may have forgotten maybe? or a stuff up somewhere? Just say tracking says it hasn't left the shop and its been a while so wanted to make sure everything was okay?
Personally bought from gameology through eBay site (was cheaper then their own site) got my package moderately quick (under a week) and I'm from regional SA, was a 95 dollar Pikachu TCG box. Pretty sure sent through Aus post as well with tracking so for me it was all legit.
