What do you mean? Capital growth? Good place for primary residence? what kind of budget are you looking at? Single/Married got kids etc.? You should stick to areas you know as there are always suburbs within suburbs that only someone with local knowledge/experience will know
Bad decision is costly with 5% stamp duty and 2-3% agent fee/advertising to resell and if you include other costs (e.g. lawyer) it will cost you 10% of the purchase price
What's the question? "Next suburbs"? What does that even mean?
Do you want to know the best suburbs in terms of living conditions?The next boom suburbs? Jacana, Ardeer area, Werribee and Altona Meadows? Not looking at regional centres?
I'm seriously interested in Hoppers Crossing / Cooks Point.. even to move from Sydney to there..
Harbour views not as good as Sydney.
