Anyone here using Reebok Compression Gear before? How good is their quality?

    • Great price, but i would never use Reebok's compression range.. 2Xu or skins for me, there is no comparison

      • Haven't used 2Xu (are they new or something cause I haven't heard of them until Biggest Loser used em), but for me Skins or BSc.

        • 2xu aren't new, but are used more in the triathalon scene

          • @swimmingtoad: Meh, I've got Linebreak, Adidas techfit and 2xu… Never noticed any difference in any of them to be honest. I can't imagine the Reebok ones being any different.

            • @Timski: I guess it depends on the extent you use them, i notice huge differences between brands, but running longer distances, 15-20km

  • RRP$69.99 Men’s Reebok PlayDry Long Sleeve

    Sold out my size :(

RRP$89.95 Men’s Reebok PlayDry Pro Power Compression Tights

    No size M :(

  • How do you work out size, would it be a size under your normal clothing or the same?

    • +1

      wondering the same

      • I just picked up a medium tank and long sleeve tops, when i usually wear M size T-shirts to go out they are almost tight (form fitting). The size doesn't have to be quite exact as they do stretch a lot… The M size for me, will provide decent compression (tried in shops before)

      • The usual size gives a snug fit, while a size larger is more comfortable. Wouldn't recommend a size under or 2 sizes over.

One of the crappest Compression gear out there. Running mags did a test and you're better off wearing nothing then with Reebox. Stick with a good brand like 2XU, Skins or Linebreaker. The ones from big brands (nike, adidas) are generally ranked very low.

was just about to buy from COTD as I am looking for compression gear, until i saw this comment… lol

      • well, i guess what you pay for is what you get.

I think Nike and Adidas are just tagging along and using their name to make some dough out of the compression gear market.
But for me I use Skins and BSc, haven't heard of 2XU or Linebreaker.

  • Even a ldi sells compression gear as part of their snow stock!

  • I've never tried Reebok compression gear, so I'll give it a shot this time :) I got a couple of adidas techfits and canterbury and they're awesome :D feels good and comfortable. The adidas ones I got are normal compression, I'm sure the powerweb ones are better too. Canterbury's fabric feels solid and good quality. Just make sure the seams are sewn flat so that they don't chafe.

Oh… side note: if you usually pick a size M for t-shirts and so, you could pick M for compression gears or L (one size up) for a more comfortable fit — it won't be loose like a singlet nevertheless.
