Can anyone tell me if credit from buying previous pre orders can be stacked?
If im interested in a physical game and add each credit at a time will this work to reduce overall cost.
Or do i need to do something else?

Yes asked before one said you could other said you cant i honestly dont think they know themselves.
I have credit for australia store and credit for microsoft online.
Of which i have several credits for microsoft australia and had planned using towards phyical game and other credit for microsoft online for any dlc i may want or a game.
If i remember one of my credits said microsoft online only and im sure my other credits where microsoft australia store only.But wanted to stack australia store credit to get a physical game cheaper if thats possible.
Microsoft Live Chat have pretty good support or you could just try it your self
