Need a new gaming mouse, any recommendations?

Hey guys, I have pretty large hands and my Gigabyte Force M7 sapphire has been decent, but want something a little more easy to hold as it's shaped pretty awkwardly for my hands. What are you recommendations? I mainly play CS:GO and having the correct mouse is pretty important when playing competitive. Also any vendors you think will be having specials for OZbargain's 10th birthday? Want something under <$100 if possible.

    g502 logitech solid.

  • Logitech G403

  • G502 has tunable weights, more buttons and slightly more premium tactile switches and better scrollwheel than the G403, in case you were wondering why the G502 is more expensive.

I still use the G500 still and it's a great mouse. According to eBgames it's $15 dollars but good luck finding stock!

    • better scrollwheel than the G403

Oh, is the G403 scroll wheel even more unbalanced that the G502?

      • It apparently rattles in the housing. Not an issue with mine but some batches are affected.

My G500 scroll rattles too but it's part of wear/tear after 2+ years of heavy use and not a manufacturing defect.

        • My G502 scroll wheel rattles bit it's not an issue that annoys me - but it's unbalanced as well which is annoying. This only matters in free scroll but it causes an annoying movement that i notice most if I'm page scrolling.

G502 is heavier (way too heavy even without the weights imo)
Has too many unnecessary buttons (adds to the weight)
terrible rubber grips on the sides (maybe just my gripe with it bit lol)
has a shitty braided cable (not very flexible compared to the wired G403)

Also the G403 wireless version has the same technology as the Logitech G900
Only thing i agree on is the G502 has a better scroll wheel.

  • I use the logitech G302, picked it up for ~$30 on eBay.

It's really light and comfortable… It's quite small though, so worth having a look at in-store somewhere.

Don't need all the programmable buttons for CS:GO.

Staticice is usually the best way to find the cheapest price. Even with sales.

  • I am not a fan of the Logitech G502. The mouse is too small in terms of width for my taste. I can't palm grip it properly.

Corsair or Steelseries will be my next mouse.

  • Yeah I'm reading the reviews on these recommendations and they don't seem to appease the larger hands.. Still looking.

    • Corsair M65?

  • Anything that isn't Razer. I use g502, but it is being replaced under warranty at the moment

  • Depending on the type of grip you use… If you are a palm grip, I'd recommend the corsair Scimitar or any of the other corsair mouses, they're very ergonomically designed. If you are a claw grip, i believe the razer ouroborosor something that is more symmetrical would be better.

  • I have very large hands (really big palm standard size fingers) and i found the best mouse for me was the Mad Catz Rat 9. I've just preordered a Rat 8 as i want a wired mouse. Its a bit out of your price point but for larger hands i feel these are good choices.

  • msy clearance list!
I quite like the roccat ..small and slick.

  • I think i'm going for the Razer Death Adder Chroma. $64 at MSY.

    • Apparently one of the best for CS:GO
