  No, they charge per item. If you try add 2, total postage is $14.99. So if you combined postage there is 50% of $9.99 for each addition item.

If only someone had a log of all their postage costs changes I think it would show these 'freebies' for what they reall are and they could get in trouble. They still seem think it's okay to mislead customers…

postage on a digital slr camera - $138 to WA! crazy! Most people would charge about $20-$30 including insurance!
