Recommend air conditioning installer Oakleigh pls

Looking to install Fujitsu 7.1 kw AC in Oakleigh area.

$900 cash for outdoor unit to be placed on the roof (no pump)
Or $800 back to back.

and $1100 separate quote for switchboard upgrade including inspector fee

$1400 for roof installation with pump. (the other installer said no need pump)
or $1100 back to back

and $1243 separate quote for switchboard upgrade including inspector fee

Questions:

Is $900 reasonable price ? I read a lot of $500-600 install for back to back but from two quotes none near that price!
how to decide if I need pump or not??
Can i please get a recommended installer with hopefully cheaper cost ? :)

1) I installed the same unit in August, cost me 2100 installed. Non standard install, Indoor Unit was approx 6 meters away from out door unit in a courtyard, installed on brackets. (I had already had power installed, and my switchboard upgraded)

2) You generally need a pump if your indoor unit is lower than your outdoor unit, or depending on the run of the outdoor unit to the indoor unit. Let them tell you if you need a pump they need to warrant it. If they screw up the installation break a roof tile, you will want to be using some one reputable especially if you aren't hands on your self.

will check with the guy chinezejew recommend and see if he said need pump or not.
