    My email arrived overnight - look like it was sent an hour or so after I applied. Mind you, I can't input my address once confirming - their website is having issues (504 Gateway Timeout)

    You have to put an email address that they can send a message to to activate it
    Then go back and alter your email address to a fake one if you do not wish to be bombarded by spam

    It's a tiny sample just to get your email address and then spam you
