local buy swap sell groups on Facebook? There are often lots of good quality but cheap second hand kids' clothing and toys up for sale.
Where are you at? Seed heritage outlet at Birkenhead are still selling these ones http://www.seedheritage.com/p/star-puffa-vest/2057002-40-0-s… and they have the pink ones with circles, there were also some long sleeve ones, this was about 3 weeks ago when I went.
