Hi, does anyone know if Citibank branches can generate an official bank statement on the spot that has up to date information? Or is there a waiting time?

no, there is no statement for today , you can only get today's statement tomorrow ( you cant generate a statement before the day ends or else its not a statement for today ) , you could always get them to change the statement date to generate today's one tomorrow and then get that statement.
Good luck getting them to actually do anything. I went to a branch to get my ID verified when applying for the debit card. They told me to goto an auspost. go figure.
Most probably not.
Can't you just use an on-line statement?
