What Car Inspection Did You Use?

Hi guys, I am looking to buy a second hand honda accord euro 2010 my11 with 75.000 kms on it.
Asking price for 13.300$ and the original owner is willing to let it go for 12000$ — Is it a good deal?

The owner is located in Ashtonfield near new castle and I am from western sydney.

I am looking to pay for a car inspection like MTA, NRMA, Sydney auto inspection.

Can u guys give me a good idea about which one provides the best value car inspection?

    Avoid IVI (Independant vehicle inspections). Had terrible experience.

    State Roads is who I used for my car. They were very good, comprehensive report and phone call afterwards. At the end of the day it depends on the person who is doing the actual inspection.
