The promo says online only. You could try pushing your luck with the counter staff. We had an SMS voucher and few weeks ago with no code, the staff just looked at it and applied the discount.

Are you saying the prices have not gone down at all and they have just made the regular prices higher?
I don't remember exactly how much it was (down to the cent) but there was already a petbarn discount in place which was around the same price as it is now (with the 25% off sale) which is why I ended up buying elsewhere.
So this sale pretty much seems to be the usual price for me - ie Petbarn takes off its discount back to RRP and then does its '25% off' sale…

Petbarn do seem to have near constant sales. It's getting like buying a persian rug, you'd feel like a complete fool for paying full price!
