What Snacks to Get from the US?

Hi,

I need some help on some snacks I could get from the US, I have some relatives coming over next in under a month so I wanted to get some US snacks over here, please help, I would prefer savory over sweet and would like something that you can only find in the US of A. I have been looking at something like Funyuns or Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

  • Golden Flake Dill Pickle chips and Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos
and Combos Cheddar Cheese pretzel bake snacks

You can find them all on Walmart website
    https://www.walmart.com/cp/snacks/976787

my favourite are the Reeses peanut butter cups, which are sold here in Australia but for like $2~3 per pack of two cups, which is a little pricey. they are fantastic when frozen.

  • Can't you ask them to choose something based on your tastes?

    • they don't know me too well

  • Twinkeys are quite famous i heard…

    • Thanks OP, lol

      • No Worrie Bearosaurus, lol

  • Ask em to bring you some local BBQ sauce, don't get their shit chocolate, tastes of wax rofl.

    • don't get their shit chocolate, tastes of wax rofl.

That's because it's not chocolate, it's compound chocolate.

Chocolate contains the cocoa solids and cocoa butter from cocoa liquor with extra cocoa butter added. That makes cocoa butter expensive and cocoa solids cheap due to the difference in demand.

Compound chocolate contains cocoa solids but much cheaper vegetable fat in lieu of cocoa butter.

    Microwave pork crackle.

  • Check out USA FOODS, they are in Melbourne but they do send orders all over the country. They basically import container loads of assorted American food and snacks (and some Canadian stuff). All genuine stuff and lots not available here, but it depends on a few factors whether they will have exactly what you want all the time.

why don’t you take a seat right over there? ->.

  • Cheetos $ Coke!!! Let's all get obese~~

  • I like nutty bars (peanut butter, chocolate wafer) and famous dave's bbq sauce rich and sassy. fritos twists? what I miss are the nacho cheese in a jar. cheese nips. ritz bits sandwiches - cheese or peanut butter. combos. chex mix trail mix. As you said, flamin hot cheetos. There's even one with lime but I dislike it. funyuns also come in a spicy variety. hohos?

I also miss summer sausages http://www.hillshirefarm.com/products/summer-sausage
which is oddly only seen in the middle kiosks at the mall during winter.
It's long life, doesn't need to be refrigerated until opened. It goes great with cheese and crackers

and for the opposite besides the usual stuff: chicken salt and the different flavoured chips such as chicken and honey soy

  • my recent trip to America I brought home some pringles that we don't have here… and cake mixes.. like red lobster chedder biscuits and ghiradellis triple chocolate brownie.
