That's right. They cancelled 11 of 14 items from my last order but then they keep the postage amount for the full order. The 3 items I did get looked like they were put through a meat grinder and were definitely not new.
Same happened with me. I've really got it in for Eb Games with their ripoff prices and crap service over the years.
I went and refunded the amiibo I didn't want because the game was cancelled and I find out they only refunded $11.99 instead of $12.00. Like WTF EB? On top of that, add the shipping the store wouldn't refund either. Tried to cancel the order as soon as they 'your item is not in stock' email came through but they say they couldn't help.
Just got my shipping notif, they're all on the way- i'll let you know about quality.
I've found that if you plan on ordering something online from EB it's a good idea to check store stock first. If only one or two stores show up as having stock then it's a pretty good chance there's actually none left, if you get at least three hits you should be safe. I tried to order a game last week and ended up with the "something is missing" message, but up until today it was still listed as being available at the same store I tried to buy it from. They really need to get their system together.

no point ordering these games as the stores simply wont send them to you
