what would you do if youre in my situation?
i got a cracked screen iphone 6s 16GB. its still working just the screen is badly cracked.
i can get it fixed by apple for $200 as phone is still under warranty for another 10 months.
would it be worth it trying to fix it for $200?
i got a new phone already so after fixing it i would just sell it.
or should i just sell it with the cracked screen?

Fix it and sell it on ebay, it's not hard to work out the best way to do this.
Go to ebay and search for sold prices of the 6S 16GB in good condition.
Now search for sold prices for ones with a broken screen.
If the sold prices of the good condition handsets is >$200 the answer is fix the iphone.
$200 + the effort of getting it repaired + the extra eBay/PayPal fees involved with the higher sale price
buy an icloud locked 6s off ebay.
do a screen transplant.
sell icloud locked smashed screen iphone on ebay.
maybe visit third party screen repair store? It could be cheaper.
Following up on this I've just tried to get screen repaired and am puzzled by the price
Online Apple say ~$200 but when I log the job it wants $480, I am on a 24 month Vodafone contract, Apple wRranty is one year (I know this is not covered by warranty). Not sure what is happening there
Vodafone say $480 as all they do is give you a refurb.
Third party Apple stores say just take it into an Apple Store
Shopping centre repairers say $225

If you have a fixed selling price in mind, try and do the math. Search all the prices for cracked screen iphones and see which method will give u more profit.
$200 is a decent price. Just go find someone on gumtree and visit their creepy house.
