Calling Opal Customer Care 13 67 25 (13 OPAL)

I called up Opal customer care today and my god, their menu is a headache to navigate through. Here's how you talk to a human:

Call 13 67 25 (13 OPAL)
Press 9
Press 7
Enter your Opal card number
Enter your pin number (not the one on the card)
press 0

Hopefully this helps someone who calls up to ask a question or needs to get their balance adjusted.

  No worries. I found a quicker method when I was button mashing a few weeks ago. All you need to do is press 9, 7 then 3 and you're through to someone. I'll update the post.

Digging up an old thread, but thanks heaps for this.
Am about to ring opal and don't want to have to deal with all the automation.

I'll use your 9 7 3 method :)
