This business seems to come pretty close to breaching the Trade Practices Act by A) not including GST in their advertised prices, and B) making it difficult to work out the actual, final prices of their products (their cart system even declares a price to be a "Grand Total" which doesn't include the shipping cost).

It is illegal not to do so.
The ATO only requires them to issue a tax invoice to the purchaser with the GST clearly stated, which I think they do comply with.
Rather, this is an issue to do with Trade Practices Act and the possibility that this business is making potentially misleading representations about their prices. seems they have show both pre and post tax now.. at least on the page I'm looking
their prices shown are without gst added.
