What is Quick Charge 2.0 and VoltIQ?

    Steer clear of GeekBuying. Purchased item over a week ago, still waiting for it to be sent. Attempts to contact via email have been ignored. Was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone but thanks to their shoddy customer service I can't see that happening.

      Never had an issue with them. And the fact they have a very active rep on OzB should be applauded. Have you tried contacting him first? Strong criticism calling it shoddy customer service after just one week?

        I shouldn't have to go through a rep on OzBargain when I purchased something from their website.
        And yes I stand by my shoddy comment. What else do you call the inability to reply to emails?
        Not everyone gets kick backs from them.

          I've only bought once from GeekBuying… on the 24th Nov.
          Sent out an email on Tuesday morning, got a response Wednesday evening saying that my package has been packed but not yet sent.
          This is 14 days after purchasing the product above.
          I still can't see the status of the order being updated.
          If you're purchasing this, highly unlikely you'd get it by Christmas.

          Great price though.

      GB is awesome for price, but if you need it quickly, you'll probably need to shell out for the express. Pro/con it and see if it's worth it for you. Usually is for me.

        I've never had a problem …. they are cheap and I expect 4 weeks from order to it getting to me as I use the cheap postage option not express postage…… speed costs money, how fast do you want to go.

        I'm usually more concerned if comes with australian power cord or power packs or US power cord or power packs..

      I'm kind agree with you. Bought the same package from last deal back in October and haven't received them yet.

      I have requested a refund through their email and never got replied so went through Clear and got an answer straight….

      Long story short, my package has been lost and appeared suddenly with shipping company, but sent back to sender middle of shipping for no reason.

      Geekbuying has replied they will refund the money once they receive the item….I'm guessing I can get a refund until next year sometime.

      Good price but won't buy anything from them.

    I've just discovered reversible micro USB cables after I was gifted one by a work colleague. I'm hooked now. No more fumbling in the night trying to jam a cable the wrong way into my Note 4 to charge it. GeekBuying only seem to have one style of it. I'm looking at getting a couple more of these.

        BUNDLEFH code will not work with orders less than $32 USD. Any way around this?

          Bundle coupon will only work if you have both the charger and cable pack in your cart. If you made separate orders then I could request them to be shipped together.
